Sushi in the food court?

Covert Ops | Jul 13, 200602:56 PM     4

I'm sorry I can't remember the name of the chain -- you know they switch them around all the time. Panda Wok or Asian Chao or something. But I saw a place in a mall food court that had typical Panda Express-style Chinese food, and also offered California rolls and some other sushi rolls.

This terrified me. I won't even get sushi in Publix, and I know that's fresh. But food court sushi?

Has anyone ever eaten it and lived to tell the tale?
