Following susaninsf lead on Wing Hing

yimster | Dec 17, 200412:24 AM

After reading susaninsf post about Wing Hing on San Bruno Ave. We visited this local spot to check out the food.

For take out we purchase half a soy sauce chicken and a box of Chinese beef stew. The chicken was moist and flavorful and the stew was just tender enough.

We order from the Chinese only wall.

Bitter melon with frog legs over rice

Sweet melon with slice pork rice

And for my chow buddy Hayward Han internal organ over rice

Tomato Beef Chow Fun Hong Kong style was to good also

All the dishes were very good. Another good Cantonese BBQ, but the best part in it located in the South part of San Francisco with a fair parking. I will need to check out so more dishes. A very good live tank for crab and so froth.

Thanks susaninsf for the tip. I must be losing a step for you to beat me to this. But I think Joel discover this spot a while ago.
