Too many sun-dried tomatoes

So, I have about a cup of fresh sun-dried tomatoes (not packed in oil) that i bought at the produce market two days ago. I think they were packed in shrink wrap about a week earlier.

First, how long can I keep them? Second (and if my timeframe is short), any ideas on how to use them in something I can keep in the fridge? We're going to a BBQ tonight and leaving for the weekend tomorrow, so I can't make an entree or pasta for dinner. Pesto, perhaps? Maybe with some scambled eggs tomorrow morning?
