I'll be in New York for a weekend in July (Fri. - Sun.). Thanks to this board, I have a long list of restaurants to try. I had previously posted a question about restaurants with bars that would be nice to dine alone at, but, unfortunately, my trip was cancelled, so I still have all of those suggestions to try. Now, though, because of the season, I have this question: what do you think are the best summer food experiences in New York? I'm interested in a wide range of activities from outdoor markets to restaurants. I'll be in the Grand Central area, but am looking forward to lots of walking. I'm a pretty adventurous eater and would love to try something new and different (I've been reading, with interest, about bubble tea on this board), and I would also be willing to splurge for something great. So, if you had a summer weekend in New York, an adventurous appetite (and excellent walking shoes), where would you go?
