Looking for suggestions for post-graduation lunch

lisaonthecape | Feb 13, 201904:04 PM     12

My son is graduating from GW mid-May. The ceremony will be on Sunday morning on the National Mall, so we're looking for a celebratory spot for lunch, either relatively close to the Mall or our apartment in Dupont Circle. We're willing to travel a bit, but it would need to be some place accessible to public transportation, since we won't have a car. Lunch is preferable to brunch.

We will likely be a group of 6. My son is a pescatarian, and my husband is not fond of seafood. Places we've been and liked very much are Rasika West End and Jaleo. We're not looking for anything too formal, but it is a special occasion. Any ideas for me?
