I've recently started a program called www.sugardetox.me to help people cleanse themselves from sugar.
I grew up with a raging sweet tooth. I was the ONLY one of my family members that had it and grew up with super health-conscious parents. Not quite sure why I got saddled with it, but a couple years ago I decided to understand my cravings. It's been an amazing journey! Got such a great response to it as well, that I began helping others do the same through a guided journey.
I'm curious if other folks here have removed sugar — particularly added sugars / processed foods — from their diets... But also if folks went whole hog and removed grains for a time too. I'd love to hear and learn from your stories, what was hard / challenging, what wasn't, and some of your fave recipes. Thanks!
