What would be an appropriate substitute for cream in tuna casserole?

I'm trying to make a healthier version of tuna casserole that uses either a puree, or a Greek Yogurt-puree combination instead of heavy cream/cornstarch/flour, etc.

I was thinking about trying an artichoke puree, or possibly cauliflower. Maybe chickpea? Any suggestions or votes on what you think might work? Thanks!
