I am going to be cooking for an Argentine foodie in the next few days and have never in my life cooked any kind of meat before. (chicken and fish, yes). I have been meaning to expand my cooking horizons for a while.
Does anyone have any no-fail recipes that are tasty and on the no-brainer side? I am specifically looking for meat recipes. (Any cut is fine- but no pork). Suggestions for sides would also be most appreciated.
