OK...so I am cooking for 15 adults. Menu is turkey, stuffing, sweet potatoes, roasted veggies, sauteed string beans, and cranberry sauce. I read a ton of stuffing recipes and purchased ingredients l liked in a bunch of them....I have sourdough bread, ls chicken stock, mild sweet sausage, onion, celery, granny smith apples, pecans, fresh sage, flat parsley, and I have a bunch of herbs/spices I could use. Now I get the concept making the stuffing but how much of each ingredient to I use to serve a good portion for 15 adults (who often take seconds I notice) and some leftovers? Please help!
