new stuff at Dopo

Went to Dopo last night for the first time in a few months. Arrived around 8 but the wait wasn't bad, maybe 15 minutes.

They've added a bunch of house-made salumi and pates to the menu. We got a salumi sampler plate. Mortadella was fabulous, as good as I've ever had outside of Bologna. Salami montalbano (?) was also great, subtle and gamy. Toscana and calabrese salamis were good but not quite in the same league.

We also had a calzone, which I hadn't seen before. Ricotta and "rapini pesto." Yum.

The waitress said they might be expanding into the space next door.
