StreetZlan Restaurant in Galt (and Gustavo Arellano's tour of Hwy 99)

Gustavo Arellano's must read of the summer, https://www.eater.com/2018/7/11/17537... , "The Central Valley Is the Heart and Soul of California" in Eater highlighted many of the old school Mexican places along Hwy 99 from Sacramento to Bakersfield that we've discussed on this board. However, the one that caught my eye was new, StreetZlan Restaurant in Galt, showing off a battered fish taco on a blue corn tortilla. There's plenty more eye-candy on its Instagram page.

I've chowed in Galt before, and will make a point to visit StreetZlan the next time I'm nearby. Any 'hound opinions?
