I was curious about this product-a very concentrated,sun dried tomato paste...and picked some up at the Vucciria market in Palermo recently.It is very intense,acidic and kinda salty.I think that it's used in brodetto,sauces,etc.,but want to know more.Has anyone out there used this?and how?
