So here's my situation. I baked some brownies last night (almost flourless and very full of chocolate, butter and eggs). The eggs I used were borderline "old", but way before the expiration and I did the floating egg test (they weren't even close to floating).
The brownies taste fine, actually really good, but for some reason keep upsetting my stomach. (last night and this morning).
Do you think it's possible for something to taste normal/good even, but still be bad because of a possibly "off" ingredient?
I brought them in to share! but I'm not sure if I'm personally reacting to the ingredients or if maybe they're just a bad batch. What do you think??
