I had a hankering to make some curry this dreary Chicago day (something I've never made at home before). I was excited to find how simple it was but now I'm wondering what is the best way to store the leftover curry paste and coconut milk. Both came in cans and I currently have them stored in separate Tupperware, but is this the best option? I put them both in the refrigerator but would the better call be glass jars? And would the curry paste fare better in the pantry if it were in a glass jar?
Any suggestions appreciated. Thanks!
