Hi all. I want to put together an Asian type stir fry for dinner this evening. I have on hand left over marinated and barbequed flank steak, Crimini mushrooms, a yellow onion, tomatoes, zucchini, brocollette, chicken broth, fresh ginger, garlic and green onions. I am working with a large frying pan (wok is in storage). I think the ingredients will work but, not being familiar with Asian cooking techniques, I'm not sure what to do first. I also have stir fry sauce, soy sauce, rice vinegar, tamarind paste and various SoyVay sauces, and a wee bit of chardonnay, if I don't drink it first.
Can any of you wonderful cooks help me out?
