sterling brunch

Just made reservations for Sterling brunch at 12:30pm on Christmas Day. Wondering who has been and whether anyone can offer advice about how to get the most out of the buffet. Should we change the reservations for earlier, is there a risk of them running out of the good stuff (ie, lobster, caviar, etc)? Should we expect a wait even with reservations?
