Our group will be going to Vegas in 10 days and have a reservation @ Delmonico's and SW Steakhouse (I have not made up my mind which one we should go to). I continue to think back to the quality of steak I had 2 years ago @ the Circus Circus Steakhouse and was wondering if all things considered, does it still remain the best of all the choices? One of the prerequisites for a surperior steak, in my opinion, is dry aged beef. Delmonico's says it does. SW is a 21 day wet age. Circus Circus says they age for 21 days, but does not stipulate wet or dry. Does anybody know? Not a big fan of Prime (especially for the $) nor of N9ne. Is there one that I am missing? Thanks in advance for your help.
