Does anyone know a steakhouse in the Boston or New York area where you can get a 45 day dry aged, A5, BMS 12, Kuroge Miyazaki wagyu beef rib cap? I know it would probably be over a thousand dollars for just 10 oz of this meat heaven, but in case I ever decided to go for it, it would be great to know it is out there for when the time is right.
