I haven't really cooked during the work week for years, this may have to change. Been single and not cooking during the week for @ 15 years. I cook on the weekend - a project fun thing, maybe hard (coq au vin) maybe easy (pot o beans). During the summer break down a lot of veggies from the farmer's market, that happens on Sunday. I eat this stuff for lunch during the week. But dinner, no, working a lot. All the time, during weekdays especially. I normally drank my dinner at 9 or 10 (or gah, 11) when I staggered home from the office, and relieved the liver with Mary's Gone Crackers and carrots.
But now have a decent 40-hr-week jerb, and so excited, my darling is moving in with me! I have all this time now, but having trouble changing my ways. I just don't want to eat a dinner. I want lunch, not supper. Darling does, and I like to cook for him but not EVERY NIGHT. Do any of you not do dinner. Or didn't but learned to.
