I was dumbfounded to find out that the long time GM of Picasso, Mario Daniele is no longer at the restaurant. I sent an email to both Mario and Desi, one of the outstanding sommeliers at Picasso, and both emails were kicked back. Then I called restaurant reservations and they said they were no longer there. Does anybody have any info on changes? It is a shame for Picasso because without personnel like Mario and Desi, Picasso will lose a tremendous advantage it had over its competition, customer service!
