Can I make our St Paddy's Day 11 lb corned beef brisket in the oven?

Most recipes I'm finding call for both boiling and baking in oven. I would prefer to do the whole thing in the oven if possible. Will that work well or should I boil & bake?
Also, what temp, how long?

While searching the board I found someone's colcannon recipe and will probably make that. Off to read the recent soda bread thread...
