So, I am (Slightly? (Rightly?)) obsessed with all the early spring veggies- especially that we are getting in Florida right now- and whenever I see some fresh beautiful veggies, I have to buy them. Which has now resulted in a fridge full of so much produce that I can't let rot. I hate waste and they're too tasty for that anyway. I have everything from Bok Choy and snow peas to rainbow chard...we've done a lot of stir fry lately so I'm trying to find something more creative to cook. I also just harvested my first ever haul of home grown carrots, made a pesto with the tops but haven't done anything with actual carrots yet. I have a big batch of chive with the flowers still on there, thai chilis, multiple types of mushrooms, multiple types of cabbage...the list goes on and on!
