I got a small (7lb) spiral sliced ham from Sam's, and it came with a glaze packet that is a Chef Prudhomme Magic Seasonings product. It says Honey & Spice Glaze, but I'm not sure I really want to glaze it. Do I really need to? I am going to use KarlS idea of cooking it in an oven bag, per the link he provided in another thread. I would like some kind of gravy/sauce to serve with it, but not something sweet.. My DH isn't particularly fond of ham in the first place, so I'm thinking that if I served it with a gravy he might be happier eating it. Any ideas?
