spinoccoli? (and pearl bakery)

amy3 | Apr 5, 200210:22 AM     10

though i hate nearly all chain restaurants, i must admit that i'm a fan of uno's spinoccoli pizza. unfortunately for me, there are no uno's in oregon. so i was wondering if there was anywhere i could get something similar? even if it wasn't a pizza, as long as the key elements of fresh broccoli and spinach, tomato-ness and cheese are there, that'd be enough. i suppose i could just try making it myself... but if i could find somewhere to order it, that'd be great!

and just in case i have been too whiny about portland's food scene, i will state here and now that i am in love with pearl bakery. i love good bread. but more than that, i love good coffee. i had the most wonderfully smooth (and decaf!) espresso there last week. it was so unbitter, i didn't even need to put sugar in it. so i can happily move to portland now. i know where to find good coffee. good food can (and will!) be found later.
