Had never been before and went on Friday night. In general I was pleasantly surprised.
We sat in the bar and enjoyed some of the many German beers they have on tap. Had an excellent shrimp appetizer. Very rich; buttery sauce with capers and tomatos. Perfectly cooked shrimp.
Dinner was a pounded out and fried pork tenderloin with a rich mushroom gravy and spaetzel. It was good but not great. It also came with a "salad" that was basically three small salads: red beet, carrot, and sauerkraut... pretty good.
The wine list is ecelectic, interesting, and reasonably priced.
They have live music many nights and had a good jazz band Friday.
