Does anyone know where Judy Sagami is, formerly of Pascal's and the tea room at Sherman Gardens? Thi's post about teas reminded me of the most wonderful tea that Ms. Sagami put on at the Sherman Gardens in Costa Mesa - a fusion of Japanese and English high tea. One of the most memorable meals ever. Alas, she's no longer at the gardens nor at Pascal's (and they had no information on where she is). Her menu was unusual, using western ingredients for the most part in eastern presentations, which were breathtaking, and each bite was ambrosial. An experience any chowhound would savor. Where can she be?
