Spanish Marcona Almonds

I had the most addictive and wonderful Spanish Marcona Almonds at Solera in Minneapolis. I was told they were spiced with smoky Paprika, cumin and salt. I tried a recipe that had those ingredients mixed w/ egg whites & then baked, but they were not as good. Does anyone have the Solera recipe? Or, could you recommend a great recipe idea?
