Spanish Chorizo?

I'm co-hosting a party where we will be serving tapas and I'm having a hard time finding Spanish chorizo for a couple of dishes I'd like to make. The stuff you get in the Mexican markets isn't right.

I know there are several kinds, each suitable for different purposes. I need one that is appropriate for sausage with figs. It can be domestic - I'm not that picky.

It seems to me this was covered somewhere here a while ago but in searching down the posts I wasn't able to find it. I found a place I can order it from online if need be, but if I can swing by somewhere and pick it up I'd prefer that.
