Hi everyone, dose anyone know of any soy sauce taste tests or comparisons? I recently went into an Aisan market and discovred that there are many brands and types of soy sauces out there includeing paste ! Wow! I bought a couple of bottles from the two brands I am fimilar with out here in So.Ca. and they had very differnt flavors even from the same brand! Now I am not sure which to use for cooking or as a condiment. Dark, light, wheat, low sodium, ok I am lost.
