Soy Nut Butter

pumpkinspice | Dec 19, 201409:17 PM     3

I bought a good size jar of toasted Soy Nut Spread (Wowbutter) from Costco on clearance ($3.97!) recently. This is a peanut butter alternative, and I must say it is not bad on toast. Has a very similar texture to peanutbutter (like a kraft or skippy for example) and has a nutty flavour note.

However, I am looking for some ideas to use some of this up (sub for peanut butter in peanut butter cookies perhaps).

Any ideas/recipes you can share would be great!

FYI - checked the Wowbutter site already for recipes and they all seem very unappealing / uncreative to me
