Hey. I remember someone mentioning this concoction as a nice dressing for steamed veggies.
Well, I recently tried my hand at it for some roasted asparagus, and -- while the flavor was nice -- I'm not sure that I did well with proportions. I don't need measures, but I'm pretty sure butter's not supposed to be the main ingredient.... is it 1:1:1? More soy & Balsamic, less butter?
I'd love to make it again, and make it well.
