My family of four (myself, husband, daughters- 15&17)will be traveling to Ireland for the first time during Easter week. We will be staying at the Adare Manor (in the townhouses) and plan on taking day trips to Dublin, Galway, Cork and Dingle. We are really trying to watch our budget - the exchange is putting a damper on some of our plans. I would like to avoid the real touristy places and we love all types of food. We definitely want seafood, at least one dinner in a nice restaurant and to try at least one pub. We are open to any suggestions for takeaways, supermarkets (we will have a kitchenette), fish and chips, soups and stews, or farmer's market. Any suggestions are appreciated! We definitely want fresh, local ingredients and good value. The Mustard Seed, Out of the Blue and Fishy, Fishy look like possible good choices. Thank you so much in advance!
