I think this is a non-starter, but I have been craving South Pacific food and would love to find somewhere around here that can serve up some taro, palusami, maybe oka for my fish-eating pals. Any Samoan, Fijian, Tongan places around? Asian cooking just isn't the same. I suspect some coastal African cuisines might actually get the closest, but I wouldn't know where to start there. I also suspect I have to go to California for anything like this! But any leads would be terrific. Thanks!
