New South Indian on MacDougal--Bombay Kitchen

Should have posted this last week. I tried a newly-opened south indian place on macdougal street and it was aweseome. I admit I don't know tons about south indian food but I know tasty and this was. The menu (which I neglected to take with me--bad chowhound!) had lots of different chaats, no dosas. I had one of the chaats (one with a puri in the name?) which was awesome, every flavor was fresh--$4. And their mango lassi was delicious, the flavor of mango was much stronger than other versions of this I had tasted. It also had what I believe was cardomom seeds--ie when you open the pod the black bits, not ground cardomom. That sometimes made for unpleasant mouth texture but more often added lots of yummy flavor.

They have a case of food that is not on the menu--meet or veggies in sauce, which they serve with bread. Unfortunately the staff did not have much information about what the different sauces were.

I'd love to hear recs on what to order next time I go.
