I want to get my hubby a Sous Vide machine for Christmas and was wondering if any one had any opinions on the demi vs. the full size. Does any one have a demi and wish it were bigger at times? I figure you can't go wrong with the bigger one. However, it is considerably more expensive. I don't mind spending the money if it's worth it.
I don't anticipate us using it TOO too often. My husband isn't always home for dinner. But he loves to cook and I like to give him things that help him take his mind off work. We like to entertain...but usually do small groups (4-6).
Any thoughts on the two machines would be most appreciated.
