Sourdough starter success!!!

Well here is my report.
I started again with 1 1/2 cups spring water and 1/2 cup juice extracted from fresh grapes mixed with 2 cups unbleached bread flour.
Made sure to only use plastic or glass, no metal at all.
It started to bubble the next day, and I started daily feedings on the 3rd day.
I discarded 1/2 each time and replaced it with a mix that was over 50% flour and less than 50% water.
It is happily growing now and I will start to use it for bread tomorrow.
