Awhile back in NYC I had these amazing things called "soupy dumplings" while in Chinatown. They were basically what you would expect, a large dumpling filled with tastiness (mainly ground chicken in a tasty broth). Does anyone know if I can procure some of these in Philly's Chinatown?
Addendum: I would also appreciate the lowdown on the Fitzwater Cafe. I pass it all the time but have never
gone in. I am a bit suspect since I have never heard it mentioned on this board. Anyone been there?
