Soondobu (sp?) with raw egg?

I'm a big fan of this korean tofu stew. There is a small place near Ft. Lee which specializes in soondobu and they always serve it with a raw egg which you crack yourself and add to the stew. This makes it way more dense and flavorful in my opinion, but I do not know of any other places that do this. Does anyone else know?
