Solo Steak Dinner in Vegas

I have searched the message board here for info on Steakhouses in vegas, and found there are as many different recommendations as there are decent steak joints.

I have a 2-day business trip to Vegas coming up the first week of February and will be dining solo. While I won't have much time to carouse the first night, I'd like to get out on Night #2. Recommendations thus far have lead me to consider:

1) Charlie Palmer's,
2) Circus Circus Steakhouse,
3) Prime,
4) Lawry's,
5) Ruth's Chris, and
6) Hugo's

Since I'll be solo, I'm sort of looking for a low-key place with cozy booths, decently-aged beef, not-over-the-top-prices ($30 per steak entree to me seems a tad steep), a decent before and after bar for a drink, etc. No Load Joints like Outback - I'm sure they're acceptable, but they're everywhere. Also while I'll be staying toward the south end of the strip (no car), I don't mind travelling Downtown (i.e., Hugo's) if it's worth it.

I'd appreciate any suggestions or updates on previous posted recommendations (as we all know, one week's rave review can be next week's downhill-bash).

Thanks.

PS: I'm already covered with early lunch that day over at Lotus of Siam.
