Sneak grasslands cheese preview for Chowhounders!

I'd like to arrange a sneak preview day for Chowhounders to come up to the farm and sample some of the cheeses-right now I'm always there Mon, Wed and Fri 8:30-1:00 (more or less), and can usually give a little tour and tasting by prior appointment. Please understand that the cheesemaking comes first, though: when it's time to cut the curd, it's time to cut the curd, and curd waits for no man...

This Saturday, I'll be there with some visiting interns, also 8:30-1:00. If any Chowhounders want to visit then, please EMAIL ME!!!! and let me know the time that you expect to be there, so I can plan accordingly. Please nist that most if the cheese is pretty young still, but I don't think anyone will be disappointed with the youngish ones.

Or, if you prefer to wait, we'll have regularly scheduled shop hours by late june.
