Smoked Mackerel suggestions

For Ddrawn

Make a mix of thick cream ( about 1/2 a cup ) and a teaspoon of strong horseradish sauce.
Add 1/4 cup of chopped fresh dill ( or parsley if you don't like dill)
flake two fillets of smoked mackerel ( also good with smoked eel )and mix carefully into the sauce.
Serve atop sliced boiled new potatoes or on a bed or watercress. Add a few sliced beets on the side
makes a great winter salad or you can make a sandwich using it as the filling between two slices of sourdough
