I just tried calling here for a reservation for Saturday Night Nov. 5 and was told they were already committed. It is my SO birthday and really wanted to take him here for a great steak experience (so we have been told, it is the best). My question is, if we show up on Saturday without a reservation, would it be an impossible wait. I tried asking the woman on the phone and she just kept saying there reservations were comitted and could not suggest how the wait would be depending on how busy they were. Seemed like I was getting double talk. Does anyone have experience for a Saturday night here at about 7:30. I don't mind waiting in the bar for an hour but not knowing if we would even get seated is a little disconcerning.
