We went to Jing Fong on Elizabeth yesterday and was a little disappointed. Certainly not bad but not as good as we had expected from some of the postings. We did love the fillings in the har gow and the seafood dumplings also. But the dumplings themselves seemed a little tough/chewy. We were there about 10:00 am and I don't believe there were ever more than three carts circulating through the entire room. We followed others examples and just took our check and went for what we wanted. That was actually kinda fun. The staff was pleasant, just not enough of them. Again it wasn't bad by any means but I think there are better choices. But we're visiting NY for two weeks and are loving all the advice from this board. Thanks.
