Slow Cooker Help. White Blobs?!

I put some cubed venison loin into my slow cooker earlier. I browned it a little beforehand, but maybe not well enough?? It's been cooking for a few hours, and I just noticed there are a ton of smallish white, almost gelatinous blobs throughout the liquid. WHAT IS THAT?

It seems every meat I try to cook in a slow cooker comes out disgusting with mystery stuff floating all around.
