What to do with sliced pork belly?

I purchased what I thought was bacon but when I got home realized it was not bacon but pork belly. I now have 5lbs of pork belly! Ugh. I can't make bacon with it because I don't have a smoker and I doubt that would even work as it is already sliced.

The slices are 1/3rd of an inch thick. Any great ideas what to do with all this? I'm open to experimenting. The only thing that comes to mind is lardons for salads and soups. No diet restrictions, so anything goes.
