I just read on Eater Chicago that Sixteen has announced that Thomas Lents will be the new executive chef. He used to work at Everest and more recently has been chef de cuisine at three Michelin star venue Joel Robuchon in Las Vegas. He is working on new menu items that will be rolled out by late February. It will be very interesting to see what he comes up with. This definitely will provide Sixteen with a huge opportunity to earn back Michelin standing and it is great to have a chef of this caliber return to Chicago.
