What next at Sinh Sinh?

Wife and I went for lunch Saturday to Sinh Sinh on Bellaire @ BW 8.

We started with the Oysters with Ginger and Scallions. They were not available individually, but we had a platter of 8 for about $9. They were the best oysters (except those at Acme Oyster House in New Orleans) I have ever eaten.

Next shared Spring Rolls and these too were the best we had eaten, including Kim Son! The peanut sauce was pefect, just the right amount of spices.

The Fried rice (seafood deluxe) was nothing to write home about. Have had better many times, but fried rice isn't the main reason to eat in ChinaTown. Didn't care for the fake crabmeat at all!

The Surf Clam was pretty good, the sauce was excellent! Not sure I'd order it again tho, because it is real chewy.

Finished the lunch with the roast duck with rice about $5 and it was superb. The fragrant rice was absolutely wonderful. It had a slight perfumy smell which I have no idea how they achieved.

All in all the lunch was everything we hoped for, and now we're stuck with a quandry...What do we order next time?

Thank you for your recs and bring on some more!
