Singapore Style Chicken Satay 'a la Prima Taste'

Charles Yu | May 6, 201508:26 PM     21

Yes!They were so good, for a while I thought I was back in Singapore enjoying them at some Hawker Center!

Taking advantage of today's fine weather, I decided to fire up the BBQ grill and have some yummy charbroiled carcinogenic food for dinner!

One of the dishes was Chicken Satay prepared by using the 'Prima Taste' package bought at T&T. The package comprises of a pouch of marinade which I used on boneless chicken dark meat. Dipping sauce was created by mixing a satay sauce and a peanut sauce pouches together. The final product was so good, aromatic and authentic tasting, no restaurant offering in town remotely comes close in quality and taste!
We were totally blown away! Bravo, Prima Taste!
