uses for sichuan peppercorns?

i have acquired some sichuan peppercorns. now i'm wondering what to do with them! i'm interested in simple, yet tasty and authentic recipes to showcase their unique flavor (something like the pressed tofu & chinese celery salad at spicy & tasty in flushing, nyc). nothing too complicated, please! if i like my initial simple experiments, i will buy fuschia dunlop's land of plenty and really go crazy.
