I made a mistake and bought a 4lb box of shrimp with the shell-on for my gf. She does not want to shell them. Do you know of a lot of recipes that call for shrimp with the shell-on? I tried google but it lists recipes that I am not into that much such as:
- Garlic shrimp (tastes ok but she cooks that often)
- Pasta (I'm not a big fan of pasta)
I was thinking that maybe she can make a recipe that calls for peeled shrimp but just peel the shrimp as she eats them. Maybe Szechuan shrimp or the like. Thoughts?
